The fitness classes cater for all levels and experience, and the dance classes have groups for improvers and beginners, including those who have never danced before!
Yes, you certainly can!
But if you want to come with a partner, family, or friends, you are more than welcome. The more, the merrier!
If you've been to us before and bring a new member to a class, you can get 50% off that class!
We recommend bringing water and possibly a small towel if you tend to get sweaty.
If you want to pay on the door, please bring cash. Exact change is preferred, but no worries if not.
The floor can be slippery, so we recommend trainers for all classes. If you prefer to wear dance shoes with a suede bottom, this is also acceptable.
In terms of clothes, dress comfortably - for example, exercise leggings and a T-shirt.
Visit our Booking page to select a class by clicking on its name or the 'Book Now' button. Choose a date from the booking calendar and availability - the page will take you to the next available session.
On that page you can also select multiple classes, where there will be deals already redeemed!

If you book online, it is cashless. If you pay on the door, it is cash only. Exact change is preferred, but not mandatory.
Yes! We have 3 deals currently:
1. Each class (Rhythm Blitz, Clubbercise, Rock 'N' Roll Jive, Ballroom & Latin) has the option to purchase a block of 6 sessions for a reduced fee, ie pay for 5 classes at once and get your 6th free. Once purchased, notify the reception on attendance, and they will give you a class pass which will be dated each session. Cards are valid for 6 months.
2. If both Rhythm Blitz and Clubbercise are purchased for the same evening, Rhythm Blitz will be 50% off. If both Rock 'N' Roll Jive and Ballroom & Latin are purchased for the same evening, Ballroom & Latin will be 50% off.
3. If you are an existing customer and bring a new member to a class, you will receive 50% off that class. This deal can ONLY be granted when paying on the door to verify its validity. The friend will pay full price for that class. This cannot be used in conjunction with other deals.
If you have booked a class online and later realise you cannot make it, log into your member area on the website and reschedule at least 1 hour in advance. If you haven't created an account, send us a message ASAP and we will try to reschedule it for you.
If you cannot make your class and it's less than an hour before, we are unable to reschedule or refund the class.
No, definitely not! We'd love to see you every week, but if you feel the classes aren't for you, we understand.
Even if you purchase class blocks where all sessions must be redeemed within 6 months, you do not need to come every week if you don't want to/can't!

We have Instagram and Facebook, where we will periodically send updates, for example which room at Hurstmere Secondary School classes will be held in, or which dates classes will be running.
After your first class, you can also join our Whatsapp groups for a more social, informal setting!
Yes, there is parking in front of/behind the school.
If all the spaces are full, there may be on-street parking on Hurst Road and surrounding side roads.
